Well-being is a large and vital part of corporate health management! Employee wellbeing programs have developed into a way to attract top talent, keep employees happy and productive, and reduce fluctuation. The key to a successful corporate wellbeing program is the promotion of overall well-being. Equally important is the fun component of the programs.
In this sense, Joy Corporate has developed a concept together with Adobe Switzerland. We want to offer a long-term solution for the health of the employees and introduce a wellness culture in the company, without forcing it.
We select the best coaches for a new one year workshop series. We are opening the events for Adobe Employees and for externals as well.
We are trying to achieve a sustainable change in the general well-being of the employees with a series of small measures.
We start in June 2019 and the series goes until June 2020. All Workshops will be hosted in Adobe's office in Basel. You can choose to do all or pick the one that suits better to you.
Half Day Seminar (Part 1): Art of Negotiation, Body Language, Persuasion Technics
When we talk, we say very little because it's our body that does the real talking! We express so much more subconsciously through our physical behaviour, body posture, gestures, eye movement, facial expressions, touch, and the use of space. So why not learn how to use this to our advantage
The employees will learn what body language signs they should look for when they want to know whether the person who is talking to them is telling the truth.
Body language is also important for the persuasion process. Persuasion lies at the heart of our personal and professional lives. Whether the goal is to convince one person in a face-to-face encounter, influence a group in a meeting, sway an entire organization, or win over the public, the capacity to persuade is key to effective leadership. This course extracts proven principles and techniques of effective persuasion. These powerful tools apply not only to public speaking and written communications, but also to one-on-one and small group interactions where most persuasion takes place every day.
Additionally, the participants will learn a lot about the negotiation art. We negotiate every single day of our life, beginning when we were little and we would ask for our parents to buy us the toys we wanted in exchange for washing the dishes .... and until today when we want a new car, a new place to live or a better workplace.
